This marks my first post as a self-published author. The whole process took a lot longer than I thought it would, but it feels good to finally have something out there.
A Species Beneath is the first book I managed to write without quitting after a few chapters. I used to write in a very organic way: I would put down the first things that popped up into my head, without any real plan. I found quickly that I needed a proper story structure before putting pen to paper, and A Species Beneath was the eventual result of this approach.
After I finished one, more and more kept coming: I have over 20 books in the works currently, and A Species Beneath is by far the shortest. I have written them all with a goal to draw attention to prevailing issues in our society; I want to make people think. As such, I am dabbling in a lot of different genres. The main thing they have in common is their intent to inspire thought.
Please do buy a copy, have a read, tell your friends about it, and so on. If you enjoy my work, I’d appreciate anything in the way of supporting me further. More than anything, though, I’d appreciate honest feedback through comments on kindle or even through my email. Ultimately, I want to improve my skills as a writer and gain more knowledge, so that my books will continue to give inspiration to others, like books I’ve read have done for me.
